We are honored to have a diverse group of collaborators that promote self-healing.

Meet Christine

Owner, Massage Therapist, & Day Escape Planner/Concierge

Hello, my name is Christine Janel. Since 1989, I have owned many, businesses from massage schools, day spas, coffee shops and natural markets. Like many, I have had challenges over the last few years, I found myself wandering through life…… contemplating what was my bigger purpose? It became clear when I got the call from my Dad that his life was coming to an end. I spent eight of the hardest, most loving, and heartbreaking days with him. It truly was a gift, as it’s a reminder that life is precious and meant to be lived. I say that, “in my pain, I found my joy”. I sought a safe place to take the weight of the world off, to help facilitate my self healing. Most of these places were expensive and in large groups. I felt lost... I did not want someone to fix me, but a safe place to give myself time to gather my breath, control my thoughts, and put a plan together. In conjunction with the earned wisdom from past businesses I created diverse sanctuaries to facilitate self-healing with collaboration of other likeminded professionals. I have created just that by curating a massage studio, a day escape and a retreat for small groups, with top amenities. I’m excited to announce the Mind Escape. My vision is to offer massage, day escape and retreats, so that anyone can afford them.

Meet Marisa

On the whole, I am the everyday woman, I stress about my family, my kids, my health, I was fortunate enough to have found a passion that provides me with the energy to make all of it work. I am the sum of all these parts and I grateful for the madness of it all. I credit my community and family for this. They show up for me, always!

My first studio, Spinderella Studios was started in my backyard in 08, thru the years, with lots of trails and errors, it made it’s leap in Woodenville for 3 years until 2015 and finally closed it’s doors in 2020. So much to say about Spinderealla Studios, but I will save that for concersations that happen organically in face to face exchanges. It taught me everthing I needed for the next phase of my teacher/dancer/producer/student chapters that follow.

Fast forward to present day, my family and I made the biggest move ever! WE left our lives on the Sammamish plateu and moved to Cle Elum, Wa. It was easy to fall in love with its wide open landscapes of trees and muntain, and small town feel.

The calling to open another studio became loud and clear so Elevate 47 N was born. After a year of construction, so muh blood , sweat and tears, this space has become everthing I have ever wanted and more. I’m free to be, to create content that heals my body, mind and soul. My hope is serve the community with my knowledge of the aerial world while combinding it with movements borrowed from yoga, Pilates, HIIT and all kinds of dance styles, Fusion is the future of al lthings serial for Elevate and for myself.

Let;s always dance, mover our bodies and leave space to discover. The final step is the only step, it’s where you and I begin.

Meet Neddy

Neddy enjoys the freedom of movement and the rhythmic flow of yoga and the expansion that it provides. Even more-so, Neddy enjoys his gentle and patient acceptance of the world around him and the sharp mental focus and clarity he has when embodying a yogic lifestyle. This, to Neddy, is more than simply a daily physical practice of body movements. It means embodying the eight limbs of yoga, with a commitment to walk in peace, with humility, to show compassion, and to see the good in everyone. Meditation, pranayama (breathwork), & visualization, combined with a daily asana practice, are the foundation for success in living this life. Neddy tries to be authentic, and show up as his true self in his daily interactions. When not in the studio, Neddy is likely building things or making something with his hands, practicing his artwork, or he’s out bathing in nature connecting with mother earth. Neddy is a Yoga Alliance 500-RYT, Reiki Master, Meditation Instructor, and Spiritual & Life Coach
